Health and Happiness Gives Us All the Wealth We Need
ââ¬Å"If you have health, you probably will be happy, and if you have health and happiness, you have all the wealth you need, even if it is not all you want.â⬠ââ¬â Elbert Hubbard. What would it feel like to have obesity related illnesses claim over 2.8 million lives a year? It is important to maintain a healthy lifestyle because you have less of a chance to get sick, when youââ¬â¢re healthy you feel mentally and emotionally happier, and you are more of a good and kind-hearted person. It is extremely important to live happy and healthy. To begin with, it is important to live a healthy lifestyle because thereââ¬â¢s less of a chance of getting sick. When you have less of a chance of getting sick it doesnââ¬â¢t necessarily mean that you have less of a chance of dying, it will just lessens the worry. If you get sick, thereââ¬â¢s pain and plenty of worry that comes with it. If you donââ¬â¢t live a healthy life style thereââ¬â¢s a possibility of getting obese, when you become obese thereââ¬â¢s a possibility of being diagnosed with Coronary heart disease. Coronary heart disease (CAD) is the most common type of heart disease and cause of heart attacks. The disease is caused by plaque building up along the inner walls of the arteries of the heart, which narrows the arteries and reduces blood flow to the heart. 1600, London, England. The crowd was just leaving the Globe Theatre. An astonishing performance of Hamlet was done and was written by the brilliant William Shakespeare. One of the male actors was getting his costume and makeup off. He had the leading role of Hamlet. To the actor, that was one of the best plays he had ever performed.
