What would it feel like to have obesity related illnesses claim over 2.8 million lives a year? It is important to maintain a healthy lifestyle because you have less of a chance to get sick, when you’re healthy you feel mentally and emotionally happier, and you are more of a good and kind-hearted person. It is extremely important to live happy and healthy. To begin with, it is important to live a healthy lifestyle because there’s less of a chance of getting sick. When you have less of a chance of getting sick it doesn’t necessarily mean that you have less of a chance of dying, it will just lessens the worry. If you get sick, there’s pain and plenty of worry that comes with it. If you don’t live a healthy life style there’s a possibility of getting obese, when you become obese there’s a possibility of being diagnosed with Coronary heart disease. Coronary heart disease (CAD) is the most common type of heart disease and cause of heart attacks. The disease is caused by plaque building up along the inner walls of the arteries of the heart, which narrows the arteries and reduces blood flow to the heart.
